We do not accept returns after the 30 day period of delivery, contact us as soon as possible for a FULL refund!



How to start a Refund Request?

Simply by filling out our contact form or sending an email to: info@viliama.com with your order number. Before proceeding, a video is required from the buyer certifying any defects in the product. The return of the product to the site is required. Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be activated! Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. The returned product must be intact and sealed.


Shipping of returns
The shipping of the item to be returned and the related costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Are the items received defective/wrong/damaged?
If you receive defective, incorrect and/or damaged goods, contact Customer Service within 14 days. Please include your order number, photographs of the items and all references relating to the receipt of the package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible!
